‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 11 spoilers: Is Callie moving on?

The future -Grey’s Anatomy” has consistently had a variety of different stories within the past several weeks, and that is certainly going to continue! What we have here are the first details on “Don’t Dream It’s Over,” the upcoming 16th episode of the show that is airing on Thursday, March 19. This will be a chance to see some characters on the show try to move forward with their lives, while some others are dealing with some longer fears and insecurities.

You can take a look at the official synopsis for this episode below, and in all honesty, we really don’t quite know which part of this you should focus on the most. You have Richard and Maggie showing some various concerns, and Meredith is going to express more of what she was afraid of when it comes to her relationship with Derek:

“A patient’s condition sparks a conversation between Richard and Maggie about Alzheimer’s disease; April and Jackson struggle to return to their normal lives and Arizona is faced with the reality that Callie is moving on. Meanwhile, Meredith reveals her biggest fears about Derek.”

For all of you Callie / Arizona ‘shippers who read this synopsis and immediately freak out, let us start here by saying that we first and foremost understand. Why love the two of them just as much as you do! The thing you have to remember here is that sometimes characters do need a little bit of time apart in order for them to truly mesh and be happy. There’s no guarantee that this will happen, but this is the best way for them to have a chance in the long-term.
