‘Glee’ season 6, episode 10 preview: Could Lea Michele’s Rachel return to NYADA?

Next week, “Glee” is certainly going to have one eventful episode in “The Rise and Fall of Sue Sylvester.” There is obviously a reason that the episode was given this title, and that is probably going to become clear to us very soon. For the time being, though, we have quite a few other things to talk about right now when it comes to this episode. The glee club is about to get many new episodes, and in addition to that, some familiar faces from the past are going to return … including a certain someone who is in charge of NYADA.

For a few more updates in terms of what to expect, just take a look at the official synopsis below:

“Dalton Academy burns to the ground, and the Warblers must combine with the New Directions to form a super group. Meanwhile, Rachel begs Carmen Tibideaux (guest star Whoopi Goldberg) to let her return to NYADA.”

In addition to Whoopi, we’re also going to be seeing for some reason Geraldo Rivera guest star as himself. We found him immensely entertaining during “The Celebrity Apprentice,” but we cannot imagine him coming up with terrible jingles or screaming “screw the terrorists” on this show.

As a whole, though, let’s just hope for an episode a little more substantial than “Child Star.” We hope that this was meant to be a last hurrah for some of the new characters; while they are not terrible by any means, we’re just so much more invested in the original crew.
