NBC’s ‘Grimm’ season 4, episode 14 preview: The aftermath of Juliette, Adalind battle
Tonight, “Grimm” aired an episode that was DEFINITELY intense. The battle between Juliette and Adalind has been building for quite some time, and we like to think that it met our expectations and then some.
The next new episode will attempt to pick up the pieces from that, and Nick is going to realize one thing very quickly: He has a problem. How he solves it is going to be a part of the episode’s mystery. While in some ways you could say that he brought on these consequences, did you think that they would play out quite like this? We sure didn’t.
What is perhaps the most intriguing part of the promo below occurs in the final seconds, when Adalind is told that she is carrying a child! Now, we have many questions, starting with whether or not the baby is Nick’s. If it is, we have to assume that Juliette is going to be potentially even more upset over this than she has been to date … and clearly, she is very upset already. Also, the idea of a Grimm / Wesen baby is also interesting. We don’t entirely think that there has ever been a shortage of Adalind storylines on the show, but this could be one of the most interesting ones as we get deeper into the season.
After all, remember here that there are still many episodes to go this season, and that means many chances to watch this story play out in full.

The baby that Adalind is going to have is obviously inside Juliette. She’s showing signs of pregnancy and she must have conceived when she “was” Adalind. That’ll make Nick’s decision whether to kill Juliette all the more complicated because she’s carrying his child – his and Adalind’s child.

I think if Adalind is pregnant it’s akin to jumping the shark. Aside from the ick factor where will it go from there? Now if you’re looking for a twist introduce Nicks cousin who is half Grimm and half wesen. This would be Aunt Marie’s child with that guy from Three Coins episode.
