‘Glee’ season 6 spoilers: Series finale all about emotional moments

Let it be known right now: You are probably going to be tearing up at some point during the upcoming “Glee” series finale. This show will have one episode to put the final notes in a six-season symphony, and also make sure that almost every important character who was a factor in the show for many years gets their due.

According to a new report from E! News, the final episode looks to be something based almost entirely on individual characters, and giving them each their own heartfelt moment. Sectionals will take place in the episode before, which has to make you wonder if this is going to be the end of the road for this New Directions this year.

Ultimately, we don’t really think that this season is about whether or not McKinley High makes it high in show-choir competition. Instead, it is all about honoring arts education, and what these characters all managed to get out of their time in the club. It may be a little bit hokey, but if it is done right, it can also be plenty of fun and contain moments that make us smile as much as anything else.

The final episode of the show has not been filmed yet, but production is not too far away. With that in mind, we can basically predict already that there are going to be many an emotional message on social media from the cast as this story gets closer and closer to winding down for good.
