‘King of the Nerds’ season 3, episode 2 CarterMatt Podcast: On cosplay, Kaitlin, more with Jessa

Calling all nerds … or at least all people who enjoy listening to podcasts! We’ve got the latest “King of the Nerds” episode podcast for you today, and the other good news here is that this is really just the tip of the iceberg this week. Later this week, we’re also chatting with season 2 star Zachary Storch to get his take on the season, and also to find out about his book Za’nar: Impossibility. Obviously, it’s a busy week in our personal Nerdvana.

For this podcast, we (being Matt Carter and Jessa) go through the events of what was a crazy second episode of this third season, but for the most part a fun one. This included our take on the costumes, or love for Harley Queen herself Tara Strong, and also an argument over how important costumes really were to the success of the task. We also go a little bit into the strategy for Jonathan, Ben, Lily, and the rest of the Secret Six.

In the end, we say farewell to Thomas, who came across as a very nice guy in his two episodes. We also wonder if Kaitlin is powerful enough to take down the Secret Six, and how she, now that she is one of the underdogs, is one of our favorites alongside Colby and his “Middle Management” alter ego.
