‘The Blacklist’ season 2, episode 10 preview: How Megan Boone, cast continue ‘Luther Braxton’ story
Let’s hope that you still have a craving for more Luther Braxton after Sunday night’s Super Bowl episode of “The Blacklist.” After all, the story is going to pick back up on Thursday night, and it will conclude the two-episode arc for Ron Perlman on the show. A rescue mission will be a name of the game and although we have some more stuff to talk about here, but we cannot really speak of it until we share the synopsis below with you:
“As chaos ensues at the Factory leaving the fate of Red (James Spader) and the task force unknown, FBI boss Cooper (Harry Lennix) struggles to rescue his team from the detention facility. Meanwhile, it’s a race against time to stop Luther Braxton (guest star Ron Perlman) from attaining confidential information.”
It feels obvious that the show will have to find a way to write out Braxton, mostly because it is going to be very hard for the series to continue so long as he is a part of the world of the show. So do they kill him, or leave the door open for a future appearance?
Regardless, we still think it was a super-smart move for NBC to divide up “The Blacklist” into two separate parts tonight. It is still very likely that we will see it lose a big chunk of its audience before it airs again on Thursday, but this is a nice incentive for people maybe seeing the show for the first time to tune in and see how this two-parter ends.
