Jimmy Kimmel brings in Ben Affleck, Chris Evans, more to mock ‘deflategate’

Jimmy KimmelWhile the Super Bowl may not be broadcast on ABC, Jimmy Kimmel is doing his best to, like many other late-night hosts out there, get as much mileage as possible out of the big game. Therefore, we present t you the new video below from this week’s edition of his late-night show.

Kimmel yet again managed to assemble one of the craziest crews of big names that we see across the board on TV, and all of them have a similar tie: They’re from the Boston area and/or are big New England Patriots fans. The likes of Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Chris Evans, Steven Tyler, John Krasinski, Eli Roth, and more are featured in here, with each one of them trying to claim responsibility for “deflategate,” the issue in the playoff game between the Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts that has generated so much publicity over the years.

Due to the NFL not announcing a decision or a punishment to the Patriots as a result of their investigation just yet, we envision that this will be a storyline that continues for a little while moving forward … despite some people (including these celebrities) probably wanting to see it disappear sooner rather than later. For Kimmel, this is probably good news, since it means more opportunities to make fun of it.

We’ll have of course some more scoop on all things late-night both before and after the big game, so be on the lookout now for more soon.

Of course, we’re sure that there will be much more in the way of humor that comes out of this story, and we will have some of that for you soon.
