‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: ‘Fargo’ actor receives multiple-episode story
“The Good Wife” has a history of casting notable names for multi-episode arcs, whether it be someone like David Hyde Pierce, Jill Flint, Maura Tierney, or any of the other brilliant people who have been a part of the show over the years.
So who is the latest name coming on board for multiple episodes? It is none other than Oliver Platt? According to a new report from Yahoo, the “Fargo” actor will make his first appearance in March. Specifically, his character goes by the name of R.D., and is an extremely smart, conservative, and also someone who is very easy to have a conversation with. These are all a part of who he considers himself on a daily basis. Not only that, but he also apparently loves to hunt. (We don’t know how that related to the show, but still.)
The greatest story on “The Good Wife” as of late has been the State’s Attorney plot, and that is still far from over. Alicia ultimately quite a bit on her plate, and anytime we hear of a character quite like R.D., we know almost right away that they could end up being trouble for her.
Unfortunately, you’ll just have to be extremely patient until that point. The next new episode of the CBS show is going to be returning on Sunday, March 1, and while that may be a long time away, the silver lining is that there will be many episodes airing in a row after that.
