Is ‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 13 new tonight? Also, Casey / Dawson scoop!

Tonight is going to be a busy one for TV when it comes to most of the major broadcast networks, but not necessarily in the way in which you would first think. There will be a crammed schedule, but it will be due to the State of the Union Address more than anything else. This means that coverage will take over full schedules, and you are not going to get a chance to even see a great show like “Chicago Fire” on the air. The series is actually off until February, but will return after that with what is hopefully set to be a very epic crossover event.

We do have something important to still share in this article, and that is some substantial news when it comes to Casey’s love life following the end of things with Dawson: A new love interest is on the way! What is specifically interesting about this one is that it may come from a place few people expect. While Jesse Spencer is fairly coy about what to tease, he did tell the following to TV Guide:

“There will be a person that he doesn’t realize has a connection to the firehouse, which kind of makes it a bit controversial … Casey is a really good guy, but when a good guy steps out and does the wrong thing, he can really get himself into big trouble.”

Expect to see some drama in here from start to finish with this romance, since not everyone may approve of it. We’re still pulling for Casey and Dawson, but sometimes you do need to face some roadblocks to get through happy on the other side.
