‘Switched at Birth’ season 4, episode 3 preview: Regina struggles with missing Angelo

One of the great testaments to a show is when they realize that while moving on may sometimes be the easiest thing to do, that does not make it right or realistic. In most worlds, people struggle for a long time to figure out how to move forward after tragedy.

In the sneak peek below from Tuesday night’s new “Switched at Birth” episode, it hits Regina like a took of bricks just how much she misses Angelo. She is trying to prepare some clothing for a church drive, and she realizes that she is having a really hard time letting things go. This is something that is for some reason ignored by many shows, who often make this bizarre sort of assumption that the personal belongings of dead characters often vanish into thin air the moment that someone passes away. This keeps the struggle a little more grounded.

In the end, Regina may realize that she still needs a little bit of time to figure this out. It really was not that long ago that we lost Angelo on the series even if it may feel that it was, and maybe by the end of this season, things will start to become a little bit easier.
