‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ preview: How Joan Rivers arrives on the scene

Tomorrow night’s new episode of “The Celebrity Apprentice” is going to be the first time that you see Joan Rivers on the season, but it will not be the last. While NBC has hyped up her appearance as an adviser a great deal, we have also seen press materials that confirm that there is still something more from her coming a little later on this season. As a viewer, this has to be phenomenal news. The more of the late, great comedienne we have, the better off we are going to be.

Given how beloved a figure she was to many, we expect the show to be edited in a way that really highlights almost everything that she brought to the table for so many years. This means that we’ll probably have her ripping some people and making fun of some other people … and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Almost everyone from Geraldo Rivera to Kenya Moore seems to be pretty darn thrilled to see Joan there, and we’re not sure that they all should be. She is just as rough as Piers Morgan when it comes to pointing out who some of the weak links here of any given team.

No matter what happens, we’re really looking forward to the new episodes Monday. This season has been a heck of a lot of fun so far, and there is no reason to think that this will change anytime in the near future so long as the celebrities keep their big personalities front and center.
