‘Two and a Half Men’ season 12 spoilers: The latest roadblock in Louis’ adoption

It begins -The guys on “Two and a Half Men” just cannot get their own way sometimes. First, they marry and pretend to be gay so that Walden Schmidt can adopt Louis. Then, Walden sleeps with a woman, knowing full well that Ms. McMartin will stop by at any moment. She of course does, and then in an effort to win her over, Alan first tries to convince her that he and Walden are good people, and then sleeps with her.

While there was an arrangement worked out so that Louis could stay with them, one question does still remain: Will they be able to keep Maggie Lawson’s character on their side? The only reason that she has not ratted them out is because she views them for the most part as worthy parents despite their lies, and also potentially because she and Alan have some sort of bizarre connection.

Well, come the end of the month, there could be problems there. The January 29 episode is entitled “A Beer-Battered Rip-Off,” and based on the synopsis below, his actions may end up putting everything that the two have worked for in complete jeopardy:

“When Alan breaks up with their social worker to get back together with Lyndsey, Walden worries it will affect Louis’ adoption.”

To us, the biggest surprise may be that Alan would want to be with Lyndsey anymore, given the chaotic history that the two of them have. Ms. McMartin has a lot of cats, but is she really a worse option? She’s not an addict, and she has also not tried to sabotage Alan’s other relationships.
