‘The Flash’ episode 10 preview: ‘Revenge of the Rogues’ trailer features Barry, romance, and villains

Just a matter of days before “The Flash” returns to The CW with all-new episodes, the latest trailer for “Revenge of the Rogues” has hit! This is clearly the most extensive one that we’ve seen to date, given that we have everything in here from villains (Captain Cold, Reverse Flash, and Heat Wave) to karaoke night with Caitlin Snow.

This is a trailer that seems to show where Barry is emotionally following the Reverse Flash debacle at the end of the winter half of the season, and somewhat surprisingly, he is holding up okay. We’re not entirely sure that this can laugh, but he seems to have the added bonus of his friends lending him a helping hand.

One of the more interesting omissions in this trailer is Iris West. Where in the world is she? We imagine that she is going to show up during the episode, but the series is probably not looking to spoiler her story too much. Last we saw, Barry was admitting to his longtime friend that he had deeper feelings for her, and she in turn is going to have to figure out if she can handle that.

We’re also a little unsure if this trailer is only for “Revenge of the Rogues,” given that you also have some footage in here of Pied Piper, and we were not quite sure we’d be seeing him until the January 20 episode that is following this one. Then again, this show has been known to surprise.
