‘Glee’ season 6, episode 3 preview: Chord Overstreet, Dot-Marie Jones talk ‘Jagged Little Tapestry’

Take a look -After two episodes of “Glee” last week designed to introduce you to the new world that is McKinley High School, you are going to be seeing so much more of it on Friday night’s new “Jagged Little Tapestry.” Not only that, but you will have the music of Carole King and Alanis Morissette throughout.

So while you will once again see the likes of Dianna Agron, Heather Morris, and other guest stars around Lima this week, you also are going to have a big storyline for both Sam and Coach Beiste. As Dot-Marie Jones explains in the video below, her character is going to be going through some “personal stuff,” and is struggling to figure out how to talk to Sam about it. Chord Overstreet discusses some of this, and also all of the various happenings within the life of his character.

Also, this episode seems to be a fairly important episode for the character of Spencer, who has been repeatedly set up as the “modern gay student” who is supremely confident, and doesn’t give a you-know-what about what anyone says about him. He’s shied away from joining the new glee club for now, but there’s no doubting that he can definitely sing. We’ve heard him at the end of this past episode.

There is potentially going to be a whole lot to like in Friday’s episode, especially since the first two episodes were actually a vast improvement over much of the past two seasons. Granted, these are only two episodes, and there is still plenty of time for all of this to change moving forward. We’ll just have to wait and see what unfolds.
