‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5, episode 12 preview: Daniel Baldwin returns; a car theft

Hawaii -Hawaii Five-0” next week seems to be bringing you a little bit of everything. There is a little bit of potential humor in here with a stolen car, but also a case that will trace back to many decades in the past. Personally, we really like it when the show does these sort of cases, since they often remind us of the days of the original version of the show.

Save for the return of Daniel Baldwin, we cannot necessarily say that there is anything else that is notable about “Poina ‘Ole” (translated to mean “Not Forgotten”). For some further news in terms of what you can expect, just take a look at the official synopsis below via CBS:

“When a neurosurgeon is assassinated just before performing surgery, Five-0 uncovers the shocking truth behind the disappearance of four reform school boys 40 years ago.  Also, McGarrett’s Mercury Marquis is stolen by an unlikely culprit.”

More than anything else, this episode feels like it is going to be a really fun one to watch. There will be some twists and turns, and above all else, though, we could have a powerful case that unveils that often, the past is way more complicated than anyone thinks.

The promo below chooses mostly to just focus on the car side of things, but we really don’t mind it so long as it gives us some funny lines from Danny. Plus, we’re quite a fan of the show using the term “Grand Theft Uh-oh” to reference the crime.
