‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6 spoilers: ‘Big Brother’ host Julie Chen to guest-star
There is a new episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” airing tonight, but first, we have to bring you the latest in guest-starring news. The following sentence was in particular a nod to this particular guest star, since it is none other than “Big Brother” host / “The Talk” panelist Julie Chen!
Chen herself confirmed the news today with a post on Twitter, where she posed alongside series stars Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen. For the time being, though, there is not a whole lot of news in regards to if she will be playing herself, or another character on the show. This is the third time in recent history that a panelist from the show has graced a CBS series. Aisha Tyler made an appearance recently on “Two and a Half Men,” while recently Sharon Osbourne appeared on an episode of “CSI.” Meanwhile, Sara Gilbert for a long time had a key part on the early run of “The Big Bang Theory,” but has not appeared on that show in years.
While we’re not entirely sure what sort of actor Julie is, this should just be fun. If nothing else, think of it as a nice little way to bring some further attention to the series. Sometimes with these crime procedurals, you end up seeing some of the same stuff over and over again. This gives “NCIS: Los Angeles” a chance to shake things up ever so slightly. We sincerely doubt that the actual show is going to change that much, so most diehard fans have little to worry about. This should just be a nice time for them overall, given that they can celebrate Deeks and Kensi finally being together after so much waiting.
Following the episode tonight, be sure to check back for a full review, and a preview for what lies ahead! Chen’s episode will come on the January 19th episode.

CBS is becoming the Moonves-Chen Channel. Julie Chen. . she’s everywhere, she’s everywhere. . .from news reporting, to hosting Big Brother & The Talk, now acting on top rated CBS programs. It looks like she can show up anywhere she can persuade her husband to get her included. Julie is a decent reporter, but should leave the acting to others.
