‘CSI’ season 15, episode 14 preview: ‘Merchants of Menace’ wins in the title department

We have to say that CBS is not exactly being altogether kind in the synopsis department these days, and the same goes for the new installment of “CSI” that is coming on the air next week.

Now that we’ve said that, it’s time for another confession: The title for this episode is still pretty darn awesome in “Merchants of Menace.” This is exactly what you want for an episode that involves a convention for very disturbing things. After all, based on that aforementioned synopsis, this is what this particular episode is all about: “The CSI team investigates a homicide at a convention for people who collect macabre murder memorabilia.”

Our biggest takeaway right now is simply that this is a nice little change from the episode airing tonight, mostly in that the name of the game there seemed to be continuing along the story of the gig harbor case.

The craziest thing to remember here is mostly that there is only a small handful of episodes left, and that means that the show really is going to have to get things going to ensure that they end on a high note. We understand that we probably sound a little like a broken record here, but with the ratings being what they are right now, we cannot say with a straight face that there is a guarantee that the show is even going to come back for another season.
