Rose Parade 2015: ‘The Bachelor’ float with Chris Soules, Marquel Martin, Sarah Herron, more

We have to say that as a whole today, the broadcast of the Rose Parade was somewhat of a letdown. There was not a whole lot of craziness on the NBC broadcast from Al Roker and Hoda Kotb; not only that, but the network opted to give the cold shoulder to “The Bachelor,” if for no other reason than that the show is not on their network.

To us, this is somewhat of a shame, since you would’ve had to move from the hot-mess NBC broadcast to the slightly-more-boring ABC one just to see the float. Anyway, we can at least tell you that it was a lovely arrangement dedicated to the show that so many of you love, and it was packed with familiar faces including Jason and Molly Mesnick, Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried, Marquel Martin (we love us some Marquel here at CarterMatt), Sarah Herron, and of course the upcoming star of this season in Chris Soules.

There are some great photos on Marquel’s Instagram, just in case you missed the parade. There really is no better way to promote this show than at an event that is made famous for its floral arrangements. There will be hundreds of these handed out over the course of the new season, which is going to officially start Monday night. This season filmed months ago, and was wrapped prior to Thanksgiving. With that in mind, Chris is probably still seeing the winner of his season whenever he can, though it does have to be under a heavy veil of secrecy.
