‘Major Crimes’ season 3, episode 17 preview: First look at ‘Internal Affairs’

Major Crimes -Can you believe that there are only three episodes left on “Major Crimes” this season? That is not a whole lot of time for the show to really tie up some stories, and we know that there are some big ones coming that even trace back to the days of “The Closer.” (Think in the form here of Billy Burke.)

Before we get to that, though, we have to turn at the moment to “Internal Affairs.” This is the upcoming 17th episode of the season airing next week, and this is going to be another big episode seemingly for both Sharon and Rusty. Take a look now at the short synopsis released by TNT:

“Sanchez is scrutinized when his mother’s caregiver is murdered. Elsewhere, Jack arrives at Sharon’s condo and acts recklessly, forcing Rusty to take action.”

Even though the ratings for “Major Crimes” have been down for the most part compared to where they were in the summer, there’s no reason for you to be spending the next few weeks worrying about the future of the show. Not only is there a season 4 already confirmed by TNT, but we anticipate a fifth season beyond that pending some big shocker. While Kevin Reilly is probably going to try to shake some things up as the new programming head of the network, this show seems to be one thing that is pretty set in stone.

We’ll have some other updates before this episode airs, so be sure to keep watch for those!
