‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 video: Nicole Beharie on Orion, Abbie bond

While Abbie Mills may have many allies right now on “Sleepy Hollow,” few bring the same exact tools to the table that Orion does. He is without a doubt a mysterious man, an angelic man (literally), and an interesting guy to watch.

In the video below, Nicole Beharie goes through some of how her character feels right now about Orion, and everything that he offers.

Where are we going to see the Abbie story go from here? It’s an interesting question, largely due to how nebulous a position the show is in as a whole right now when it comes to many of its characters. With Moloch gone, is the Apocalypse over? Is Henry really on Team Ichabod and Katrina? Are we going to see Irving again? All of these are worthy questions.

What we really want for the second half of the season is just to see “Sleepy Hollow” really get a little more of its groove back. If you remember, this was a show that was getting tons of creative praise in the first season, and also pretty solid ratings. Now, it is not exactly getting a whole lot of either one of these things. While we wouldn’t be too worried about its renewal odds (we figure that it is almost sure to be renewed, given the poor nature of Fox programming elsewhere), we do still want to see some improvement here to a certain degree. Maybe reducing some of the story clutter will help that.
