‘Girls’ season 4 spoilers: Hannah’s early discoveries in Iowa

While it may feel like we are in an extremely quiet period at the moment when it comes to TV scoop, the reason for that is simple: Because we are. There is simply not a heck of a lot going on right now!

Well, we do at least have a few little scoops on shows here and there, and one of those is the upcoming fourth season of “Girls,” which is going to be coming to HBO on January 11 with new episode. What we have below is the official synopsis for “Triggering,” the second episode of the season that further features Hannah’s transition into graduate school:

“In her first days as a grad student, Hannah discovers she can get more for her money, rent-wise, in Iowa. Later, during a video chat, she slyly prods Marnie for intel about Adam. At her first seminar, Hannah warns her fellow workshop writers that her piece might trigger some intense emotions – but doesn’t get the feedback she had hoped for.”

The show has already revealed in some shape or form that Hannah is going to run into some relationship trouble this coming season, and most because she will realize that Adam has very different priorities when he is away from her than when she is away from him.

As for Hannah not getting what she wants out of people, should we really be that surprised? We think not. She is always the master of being on a different wavelength to everyone else.
