‘The X Factor’ UK: See One Direction, Jimmy Fallon perform before NBC special

Tonight, NBC is airing a holiday special featuring a group that has definitely become one of the biggest global sensations out there in One Direction.

So what do we have for you below? It is basically the latest performance from the group on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” and it is definitely one that is different than any that you have seen so far from the former “X Factor” stars. Then again, if you are a Fallon fan, you probably know this performance well.

This video is basically the latest in a series of clips that Fallon has done featuring childhood instruments, and we find it for the most part to be rather delightful. It is also nice to see Niall, Harry, Liam, Louis, and Zayn actually have a minute or two to relax and have a little bit of fun. These are guys who have been hard at work for months now, and we have to imagine that at a certain point, all of this gets rather exhausting.

Really, the smile on Niall’s face in the video thumbnail below says it all.

One Direction is capping off a crazy week in New York, given that we also saw them on the last new episode of “Saturday Night Live” performing a pair of songs, and then also doing a rather silly cameo in the Girlfriends Talk Show piece. That is the second time that group has performed there, and also the second time that they have made a cameo in a sketch.
