‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5 spoilers: An Iron Chef and much more

Hawaii Five-0 -Are you ready to see some more of a culinary flavor on “Hawaii Five-0” moving forward? Then we are pretty sure that you are really going to like this news.

The CBS show is going to formally return to the air with new episodes on Friday, January 2, but we have some details now on a tasty episode coming the following week entitled “Ua ‘aihue” (“Stolen”). Not only is famous Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto going to be appearing, but so is Sam Choy! Basically, this one sounds like it will be a whole lot of fun.

Want to know some further details right now? You don’t have to look a whole lot further than the episode’s official synopsis below:

“When a tourist is killed after unknowingly transporting a stolen Van Gogh, an undercover Kono and Chin enter the world of black market priceless art and are taken hostage. Also, McGarrett asks Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to help train Kamekona to beat Chef Sam Choy in a shrimp cook-off.”

New “Hawaii Five-0” episodes should air for most of the month of January, and hopefully, they will also continue their fun tradition of bringing on some surprising guest stars here and there. They add that extra bit of flair and personality to the show. After all, who would’ve thought that we would have an episode quite like this one?

Also, we feel like the show does need some lighter flavors still. After all, it was a rough 2014 at times for Danny in particular.
