ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ season 2, episode 10 preview: When does show return in 2015?
Tonight, “Resurrection” aired what was its winter finale, and we can only hope that it managed to surprise you as much as the episode that aired last week.
So when is the show going to return in order to wrap up the season? That’s something that all fans should be curious about right now. According to the Futon Critic, there is tentatively a return date set for Sunday, January 4. If this turns out to be the return date, we would not be surprised at all. After all, this would not surprise us, since this gives ABC an opportunity to wrap up the show’s 13-episode run early in the year, and then move on to some other things for the rest of the season. (This return date was confirmed by ABC after the show.)
Unfortunately, there is no word just yet on if this is going to translate to there being a third season of the show. Right now, we’d say that the odds are not very high. The ratings have declined hard over the course of the past several weeks, and that includes some new series lows. Even worse, the show has lost a big chunk of its lead-in in “Once Upon a Time.” We already know that the network is going to want to put something else on after this show starting in March.
So if you want to see more of “Resurrection” beyond the next few, our suggestion is simple: Tell all of your friends to watch, DVR, or do anything else with the show. It may be enough to keep it resurrected.

I love this show. Just my opinion but I really think the ratings drop because of the time slot it is in. ABC airs Ressurection in the same time slot The Walking Dead is in.

Like so many tv series and movies theses days, like Lost ,The 4400, Invasion,V, etc..They start out good with a good plot but the writers never can think of a ending,.
Then people lose interest because they drag it out so long with out coming to any real conclusion.
Then they get cancelled without explaining anything,Or try give it a clever ending that no one really understands and makes no sense, making you wonder why you watched 50 hours of this story to be dealt this pile of crap for a ending,,LOST,,
When will script writers realise that most people have short attention spans
and need to see a beginning middle and end,
If you cant end a story dont tell it,

This is the only show I watch on TV . I have been hooked since the first episode. I know many people would be greatly disappointed if Resurrection was canceled after just two seasons. There’s so much going on and so many unanswered questions. The actors are great and the story line keeps you wanting more. If pastor Tom doesn’t return I may cry:( I can’t wait until January for the next episode!! Seems like it’s months away and for the next few Sundays I’m going to be SOOOOOO disappointed.

I REALLY hope this show continues on, there is SOOOO much that can be done with it… and yes, Tom needs to come back…. Rachael and his baby need him…. Although, I’m sure Rachael is strong enough to survive… and Agent Bellamy and Maggie, they are good together.

If they wrap up the story, I don’t mind it not coming back, one thing I hate about TV is plots going on forever.. I prefer things to be short and wrapped up. Then I’m not stuck with it going on forever and then just ending on a cliff hanger… if it doe’s end on a cliff hanger and then doesn’t come back, I won’t be happy..

THIS SHOW NEEDS TO STAY ALIVE! I love it so much! I don’t even understand why the ratings are so low, I mean there are so many cliffhangers and plot twists. How can people not love this show? Anyways, I hope Tom comes back, and I hope there is a third season, come on ABC, YOU CAN MAKE IT POSSIBLE! Just hang in there!

I have a feeling Tom is going to come back as Rachel’s and his baby as himself (kind of a recarnation situation).

I completely agree. It’s a fantastic show. I really, really, really hope ABC keeps it and maybe puts it in a different time slot. They did that last year with the Goldbergs and now that show is doing great, when many were surprised it was renewed. Come on ABC! Listen to the fans.
