‘Blue Bloods’ season 5, episode 9 preview: First look at ‘Under the Gun’

Have you missed “Blue Bloods” on the air for the past two weeks? We understand if you have, but CBS seems to be ready and willing to hand you quite the gift today in the form of a new promo!

Next week’s installment carries with it the title of “Under the Gun,” and the basic premise of it also seems to be relatively simple. There is a case involving an assassin, who is going off and gunning down some wealthy Jewish men in New York City. The police force has to try and find a way to take him down.

Of course, things are never so easy to figure out, and a sea of complications will cloud the case. Frank is going to be dealing with some issues of his own, and Linda, after falling victim to a crime on the street, decides that she wants to come up with better ways to protect herself.

“As Danny and Baez investigate the murders of three prominent community leaders who appear to be the casualties of hate crimes, Frank meets with a group who wants to make sure these incidents are not taken lightly. Meanwhile, after Linda is mugged, she decides she wants to carry a gun, even against Danny’s wishes.”
