‘Survivor: San Juan del Sur’ episode 9 preview: Latest promo hypes up a ‘blindside’
Everyone loves a good blindside, right? Well, we can only hope that we’re getting one on Wednesday night’s new episode of “Survivor: San Juan del Sur.”
The question is whether or not this blindside is referring to the vote-off, the fact that Keith has an immunity idol, or something else. In looking at the members of Missy and Jeremy’s alliance, there is about zero motivation for any of them to make a crazy, game-changing move right now. They have the numbers, and someone like Wes, Reed, or Alec could be a challenge threat a little bit later in the game.
Despite all of the hype, and Reed exposing Keith’s immunity-idol clue to everyone, we still have doubt that we have anything coming other than a Pagong situation. Reed should go next if the players want to remove someone great at the game, and then you should split up Wes and Keith and maybe eliminate Alec.
At this point, we would consider getting rid of someone like Jeremy if we were his alliance, given that he is such a dynamic, strong player with the knowledge of what is going on. Then, we would turn on Missy and Baylor, get rid of one of them, and let chaos happen.
Unfortunately, we are on the outside looking in, and we’re not sure if anyone else is thinking the same way that we are in this game. There are only a few people in this disappointing season who seem to have any real game savvy about them.
