‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 9 preview: Could Alicia make an attack ad?
There have long been complications any candidate faces when entering the world of politics, and these are some facing Alicia on “The Good Wife” not just now, but also in the future.
You are especially going to see that on the next new episode of the CBS show, as Julianna Margulies’ character has to figure out whether or not she wants to turn to some less-than-desirable campaign strategies in order to ensure that her opponents in her State’s Attorney campaign start to run out of steam. Specifically, we could be talking here about a certain one played by David Hyde Pierce, who has made the competition a whole lot more intense since he made the decision to run. You could in some ways call this a political game-changer.
As if Alicia’s schedule was not crammed enough, and she was not spending enough time away from working on her campaign, there are also going to be some other problems that her firm is facing. Namely, Cary is going to be distracted from some of his normal work by Federal Agents, who are desperate to try to get him to go along with them in an effort to take down Leonard Bishop.
If you want to know more, just take a look at the attached synopsis right now:
“Alicia faces a crisis of conscience when she’s encouraged to go negative in her campaign for State’s Attorney. Meanwhile, the Feds try to persuade Cary to work with them as they attempt to build a case against Lemond Bishop.”
