‘The Flash’ episode 5 preview: Latest Grant Gustin sneak peek all about speed

Just in case you haven’t seen enough of Barry Allen testing his abilities yet on “The Flash,” the latest sneak peek below from Tuesday night’s new episode “Plastique” gives you a further perspective of just what he can do.

Basically, he can run up the side of a building if he is careful enough about it. Isn’t it nice that Grant Gustin’s character has the same powers that our character does in DC Universe Online? There’s not really a whole lot else in here that feels relatively important to the storyline, though … at least not for the time being.

One of the biggest stories of this particular episode is still being kept under a heavy lock and key, and that is finding a little more information out about the latest meta-human on the scene in Plastique. Bette Sans Souci is a specialist in the military, but she becomes so much more than that now, as she starts to realize that she can turn any object into an explosive device. This is certainly not good news for Central City, especially if she ends up becoming someone who fights for the side of evil. The character is hardly a hero in the comics, so it will be interesting to ultimately uncover just what the plans are going to be for her.

For those who want to continue to look forward here, we know that Wentworth Miller will be back as Captain Cold, and he may even have some company in the form of other villains. Also, you have to remember here that there are other potential villains waiting in the wings who happen to be a part of this show already.
