‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Will Pelant be in 200th episode?

Given that “Bones” is celebrating a pretty enormous milestone for their 200th episode, it makes sense that quite a few familiar faces with return … including some characters who are technically no longer among the living.

According to a new report from TVLine, Andrew Leeds is going to reprise his role as notorious killer and Brennan adversary Pelant during this episode, which is an Alfred Hitchcock tribute that features the characters transported back to the time period of one of these films. While this character was technically killed before Booth and Brennan’s wedding last season, the reason that they are able to pull this off is pretty simple: It’s an alternate universe! One of the real joys of getting to do this story is that there really are no rules with it.

We’ve already told you that a variety of faces, from Ryan O’Neal to Laura Spencer, are all going to be showing up at some point. In addition to that, we also know from the aforementioned report that we are also going to see Wendell, Clark, Arastoo, and Scott at some point before the episode is over.

In the end, this could be one of the most ambitious episodes of “Bones” to date. David Boreanaz is directing it, and we know that he is going to put his absolute all into making it great. We just hope the story can live up to some of these enormous expectations.
