We’ll start off this particular article about the CMA Awards the same way that we do for many others that have a live stream involved: Don’t expect a link here for the actual country-music awards show itself. There are no legal, sanctioned links of the show itself, unless you have a certain TV subscription and you can watch live from their official website.
However, what we do have for you right now is a link to the official red-carpet live stream, where you can see the likes of Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, and many more familiar faces walking and showcasing the latest in country-music fashion. You can view it all here; the stream has already started, and will continue until the show starts at around 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
All we can really hope for from the CMA Awards this year is that they provide a nice little mixture of everything that they can offer, from comedy to big winners to entertainment. Let’s be honest here: There are so many different music awards shows, even for this genre in particular, that the actual winners can sometimes bleed together. There is this one, the ACM Awards, the CMT Awards, the Grammys, and even the American Country Awards over on Fox. It is a ton to keep track of, and this is without even mentioning the shows like the Billboard Music Awards or the American Music Awards that find their own way to recognize the genre in a smaller way.
We’ll be back later with some more news from this show, so stay tuned.
