‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 spoilers: More details on arrival of Abbie, Jenny’s mom

Throughout most of the second season of “Sleepy Hollow,” we have continually heard more and more information regarding Abbie and Jenny’s past. We knew that eventually, all of this would lead to the character’s mother turning up on the scene.

Well, you are going to see Lori Mills in the upcoming ninth episode of the season entitled “Mama.” The role is going to be played by none other than Aunjanue Ellis, and if you want to see some further updates in terms of what you can expect, the synopsis below beckons:

“A series of mysterious deaths at Tarrytown Psych leads Abbie and Ichabod to discover that an especially surprising spirit is involved.”

One of the biggest mysteries with this episode is obviously going to be how Lori appears, and if it will be in spirit form, a flashback, or something else. The fact that a “surprising spirit” is teased in the synopsis may be a pretty substantial clue, and given all of the other bizarre oddities right now when it comes to the show, can you really be surprised by anything else?

Hopefully, we’ll get a little bit more information on the show as we start to near its official premiere date. If there is one thing that we can say for sure about “Sleepy Hollow” right now, it is that the show has been very great at giving you as much information as possible about many of their episodes before they ended up airing in the end.
