‘The Flash’ spoilers: Grant Gustin teases big ‘Arrow’ crossover

The Flash -There are quite a few reasons to be excited about the upcoming “Arrow” crossover on “The Flash,” but the biggest one is simply the idea of seeing two characters of this magnitude actually being in scenes together. How cool is it going to be seeing them fight together? Well, they may not spend all of their time as a team.

The first reason to ponder about that is because the title of the “Flash” half of this big crossover is “Flash vs. Arrow,” which makes us think a little bit that there will be some epic fight scenes involving the two of them going at each other. In some ways, this is hinted at further based on what Grant Gustin himself had to say in a new interview with IGN:

“I was talking about this yesterday with a friend; about how Oliver and Barry are so different and me and Stephen are just really different. We really get along outside of work and it’s been fun to Barry and Oliver kind of butting heads. We’re seeing them learn how to work together, but it’s really funny because they’re so different and the conversations they have are hilarious.”

What are our overall expectations for this two-parter? While we don’t expect the worlds of the characters to change forever, we just want things to remain entertaining. As crazy as it may be to believe, this is something that so many other shows forget about when they make these crossover events, and sometimes it’s selfish to want anything more.
