‘Ink Master: Rivals’ season 5, episode 8 podcast: Jessa, Bart talk Angel Bauta, Julia Carlson

Ink MasterWe have been talking all season about how much we love Angel Bauta and now that he’s gone, you can expect there to be quite a bit of sobbing and moaning about his elimination on this week’s edition of the “Ink Master: Rivals” CarterMatt podcast.

Not only will your regular co-hosts Jessa and Bart be talking in depth about losing Angel (who we affectionately refer to as Drogo since he has an epic beard and is totally badass like the “Game of Thrones” character that we are obsessed with), but we will also be diving into the drama this week that involves Julia.

Julia told a canvas to go f*** themselves, which was obviously not the best way to deal with a client and the judges really took that to heart. What we found strange about this was that Julia was put to task over her actions towards the canvas, because a client should never be treated this way, but we just saw Emily try to screw a canvas over with a bad tattoo and then laugh about it, which is something we think is way worse since that client would have to wear that tattoo forever if Angel hadn’t caught on to what she was trying to do. The judges never spoke to Emily about how irresponsible that was and how that affects the client (maybe they didn’t know she had done it), but Julia got raked over the coals for something that we thought wasn’t nearly as bad.
