‘Bones’ season 10, episode 3 video: Booth, Brennan get all ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’

So far, “Bones” season 10 has taken an emotional turn, and for a variety of different reasons. For one, you have the whole story all about Booth trying to get out of prison and find his trust in the government again. That is something that, at least in one way or another, will be reasonably ongoing.

In addition to that, though, there is another painful story that has been explored: The death of Lance Sweets. While he has been put to rest, we really cannot imagine any characters on the show completely forgetting about that for a while. It will especially live on through Daisy’s child, who will be welcomed into the world at some point.

For at least a certain part of Thursday night’s new episode, though, the show may at least try to loosen up and have a little bit of fun again. How else can you explain a story that revolves around Booth and Brennan getting into a “love dungeon” that feels very much like something Christian Grey would create? As Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz explain in the video below, this is a part of a story all about a conservative talk-show host who may have had a very secret life. There’s obviously plenty of material to mine from this, and we’re sure there are many other funny lines that will come up that have not even been mentioned just yet in this preview.

With all of the sadness lately, you can most likely expect there to be some other fun episodes to follow this one.
