‘Criminal Minds’ season 10: See Jennifer Love Hewitt, Thomas Gibson, cast in photo
While promotional cast photos are something many TV shows do annually almost like they are celebrating a new year of school, it is not something we see every year from the gang over at “Criminal Minds,” or from every CBS show, for that matter.
What’s the reason for that? We attribute it to the fact that many of these shows have the same assembling of cast members year after year, and only need to release something new when they have managed to change things up. Well, given the changes with this particular CBS series, a new photo was required!
The image we have here was first shared by Entertainment Weekly, and it features Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Kate Callahan to go along with Thomas Gibson, AJ Cook, and the rest of the cast. It’s a relatively creepy image, and it makes you wonder a few simple things:
- Why is Shemar Moore flashing a light in our faces? Does he think that we are all UnSubs?
- Only a few of these characters seem relatively concerned at all about what they are looking at.
- Meanwhile, Hewitt’s Kate seems to be cool as a cucumber.
We have to remember when looking at these that there is never a whole lot of thought and consideration that is put into them. Typically, they are just a mishmash of photos produced individually, and you really cannot take anything from them as Canon or valuable context for the upcoming season.
Still, it’s at least nice to have a new image. It gives us in the TV journalism game something new to attach to articles the rest of the season.
