‘Boardwalk Empire’ season 5, episode 3 preview: ‘What Jesus Said,’ and Nucky’s next move

Where does the story go from here on “Boardwalk Empire”? Next week’s episode is entitled “What Jesus Said,” and it will continue the trajectory of everything that you have seen on the show so far. By that, we meet that there will continue to be some jumps between the past and the present, and we will also see if Nucky can get his new business officially set up.

Of course, there will also be a whole lot else going on in the hour, as Chalky has to make a huge decision for himself, and we are going to start to find out more about what is happening with Margaret. “Chalky heads in a new direction after assessing his latest partnership. In New York, Margaret finds herself in a quandary as a result of her association with Arnold Rothstein. Nucky hosts a prospective “big fish” partner from Boston. Luciano and Siegel meet with Narcisse (Jeffrey Wright) in Harlem, promising business as usual, but encounter resistance. In 1884, young Nucky is privy to the passion of a hotel guest, and flirts with a young girl.”

What we know is that we’re definitely stoked to see what lies ahead for these final six episodes, and it is a very strange thought that this is really all there is left at this point.
