‘Arrow’ season 3: See Stephen Amell’s latest panel now (video)
Stephen Amell has to be one of the busiest guys out there. Not only does he film 22-23 episodes of “Arrow” a year, and also spend time with his family, but the guy travels all over the United States and Canada to various conventions. He understands the weight that goes with playing such an iconic character, and he always seems appreciative of it.
Plus, as someone who has been to two panels featuring him over the past couple of years, we can tell you that he really does deliver in-person. He’s direct with his responses, he never panders just for the sake of getting cheers, and he comes across as very genuine. Plus, he can be naturally funny.
This new video below from Salt Lake Comic Con really is stuffed full of great information. Not only do you get some great anecdotes about the origins of the show and him deciding to play Oliver Queen, but there are a few little teases here and there on season 3. There is nothing that is too spoiler-stuffed, but did you really expect that? Remember here that the man wants you to be surprised!
The new season of “Arrow” premieres on Wednesday, October 8, and what we can tell you for the time being is that it’s going to be intense from the get-go thanks to new villains; romantically, it will also be gripping just because of the potential for Oliver and Felicity to get together. They will have a date in the premiere, but it may not go exactly how you want it to.
