‘Bachelor in Paradise’ spoilers: Chris Harrison teases ‘different’ season finale

Next week on ABC, “Bachelor in Paradise” is going to come to an end with an episode that will hopefully not only meet expectations, but actually show us in the process that this entire season was not a waste of time when it comes to people finding relationships and preparing to be with each other forever.

While you may have seen headlines already surrounding who may or may not be engaged on the show, nobody affiliated as said anything … at least just yet. Chris Harrison was vague about the course of the finale in his Entertainment Weekly blog, other than making it clear that you’ve never seen anything quite like this before:

“As you saw in the previews, everything is about to change in Paradise. This was the last rose ceremony. No more date cards and no more dates… well, that’s not exactly true. Many have questioned how all this ends. What I can tell you is that these relationships are about to be put to the test and only the strongest will survive. It is a finale that will be unlike anything you have ever seen before on our show.”

We wrote yesterday that you can expect to see Sean and Catherine Lowe along with some other successful “Bachelor” couples on the finale, as they will play a role in helping to advise couples as to how to stay together after the fact. In some ways, this is almost like the show’s own version of aftercare, where they make it pretty clear how you can actually survive the crazy world of tabloids and temptations. Plus, you have to function again in an environment where love i snot always the priority.
