‘Person of Interest’ season 4 spoilers: See Reese, Finch in latest promo

With the premiere of “Person of Interest” season 4 on September 23, this is the time for some of the first promotional material to come out there … and we have the latest via the promo below.

So what does it tell us about the story ahead? If you are hoping for something from the department of “substantial spoilers,” then we really have to start off here by saying that you are probably going to be pretty disappointed. There is not a whole lot going on here that is entirely new information. We already know that Samaritan is now running the show, and that its presence has forced many of the other characters to seek out different lines of work for a little while.

With all of this being said, it is not entirely like we are going to be out of sight and out of mind entirely with the old Machine. Some of the members of the team are going to have a very hard time letting go of the past, which in this situation is probably very much a good thing since it ensures that they will not go down quietly. Still, they have to figure out how to navigate a world that they do not control, and save not only their own hide, but the lives of everyone that exists surrounding them.

Hopefully, this season is everything that we hope it can be and then some, but we’ll just have to wait and see when the episodes actually air on CBS to find out.
