‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ reunion preview: Is Tamra Barney the scapegoat?
When it rains, it pours sometimes for “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” Tamra Barney has already been subjected to all sorts of comments / arguments through one part of the reunion special, and come Labor Day, she’s going to be subjected to a whole lot more drama and accusations.
Specifically, what it feels like we have here a case of a group of people banding together, and finding someone who they label collectively as easy to blame. This has happened many times in the past on many different shows, whether you are talking about Teresa Giudice on the “New Jersey” series or most recently Kenya Moore / Porsha Williams on the “Atlanta” one. It probably makes for an easier narrative this way for the show to explain, but at the same time we also end up feeling sympathy for the person at the center of it.
Given that the preview video below doesn’t really give you too much of anything substantial other than yelling and some “counter talk,” you may find the synopsis below a little bit more substantial:
“There are laughs, tears and tirades in part two of the reunion as Shannon explains her holistic ways as only Shannon can do. The ladies argue over whether Lizzie is more drama queen than beauty queen, and the gloves are off when Tamra faces her accusers on whether or not she’s to blame for much of this season’s conflicts.”
If you are wondering about whether or not you are going to see any actual resolutions in this reunion, we highly doubt it. How often does that actually happen on this show? It seems like almost never.
