‘True Blood’ series finale: Want a piece from the big wedding?

Last night, “True Blood” aired its big finale over on HBO … and we’re sure that you probably have some big opinions on it already. While we don’t feel personally it was the disaster of a finale that “Dexter” or “How I Met Your Mother” were, it still ignored some major characters while also not even letting us see who Sookie Stackhouse ended up with.

This article is more about if you want some of the random stuff that was shown off in both the last episode and the entire series. Per TVLine, a number of series finale items are already available over on ScreenBid, including some of the following:

• A welcome sign for Jessica and Hoyt’s impromptu wedding.
• Jessica’s wedding dress.
• One of the suits that Alexander Skarsgard wore during the finale.
• Sookie’s Honda Civic that was seen on the show, which may or may not actually run. (It’s a prop car, so there aren’t any guarantees.)

Sadly, there are no items available in here that would have allowed Lafayette to having a line in the last episode of the show.

What do we take away personally from “True Blood”? It was probably a fun show that got a little too long in the tooth, and then took itself a little too seriously in its final episode. The show would have been much better served to allow someone other than Eric and Pam (who were great in their final few scenes) to have a little bit of fun before this was all over. (Photo: HBO)
