‘True Blood’ season 7, episode 10 (series finale) spoilers: An Anna Paquin video

Do you want to see the first video preview for the upcoming “True Blood” series finale? Well, you’re in luck: We have it for you below.

In this sneak peek, you can see Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) sitting down with the Reverend, and the two parties having an important conversation about something that she inevitably has to be thinking a lot about right now: Faith. What does it mean to have it? Did God even mean to create fairies, vampires, and werewolves? As he admits to her, it is a whole lot harder now to writer sermons than it used to be.

The reason we imagine Sookie wondering about these things right now is simple: She is watching her on-again, off-again love Bill Compton die, and it is coming near the end of what has been an incredible and shocking journey for her. She has survived a lot, but what does all of it really even mean? Is survival really all that special anymore?

We have no idea yet how this series will end, but despite all of the insanity that we have seen from it over the years, it does feel almost like it is going to go out on a much quieter note than we expected. The past few episodes have brought the show back to its roots and given us some really great stuff. We just have to hope that this continues as we press closer and closer to the final credits.

What do you think about this sneak peek right now? Let us know some of your thoughts today with a comment.
