‘Chicago Fire’ season 3 spoilers: New promo looks right at ‘who will die’ issue

“Chicago Fire” is going to be heading to NBC starting on Tuesday, September 23, but you do not have to wait that long in order to see the first look at the new season today!

In the video below, you can see a new video preview that by and large revolves around one simple question: Who in the world is going to die when the show returns? We are not going to waste much time finding out when the show actually comes out.

Who are some of the candidates? Really, almost the majority of the cast inside, but there are probably a few you can figure out are safe for sure just because of the news that is already out there. As for why the show is choosing to do this, the answer is clear: They want to establish that mentality that no one is ever truly safe, which is true for a firefighter’s profession and therefore really should be the same on the show.

Beyond what happens here, there will still be a season of more of the same sort of action and drama you’ve come to expect. There will also still be a plethora of other “Chicago PD” and “Law & Order: SVU” crossovers, just in case you have enjoyed those. It’s ultimately not going to be something that leaves the world of this show anytime in the near future.

Of course, we will have further news on the series before it returns to the air … so keep an eye out for that.
