‘The Last Ship’ episode 9 preview: Will the tests for Rachel’s vaccine work?
On next week’s all-new episode of “The Last Ship,” there is going to continue to be a glimmer of hope; however, at the same time, this will continue to be mixed with a glimmer of sadness. There are going to be moments where you start to think that this terrible disease could finally be cured.
However, at the same time, we start to wonder this: Is Rachel’s hard work going to actually pay off, and will some those suffering actually be cured? This is one of those things that sounds really fantastic in theory, but nothing on these shows ever seems to go that easy. After all, remember here that we are just in the first season of the show, and there is another batch of episodes coming up next year.
What to know some further details now? Then take a look at the official synopsis below, where you will also get to see some more details about Chandler’s family life:
“Volunteers are asked to participate in human trials of Rachel’s vaccine, but the effects could be nightmarish. Meanwhile, in the States, Chandler’s wife and father struggle to keep their family alive.”
Can you believe that there are only two episodes left this season? That in itself is crazy to think of, and another reminder of how quickly the show has gone by. Early on, we were worried more about the series’ pacing and character development. There was just so much action going on that we worried that would be the only focus! However, we quickly started to see the show evolve into something else, and something great.
