‘The Amazing Race Canada 2’ episode 6 preview: Rocking out in Winnipeg

After spending this past leg of “The Amazing Race Canada” in the Yukon, the remaining teams are getting ready now to head somewhere much more populated: Winnipeg. While in Manitoba, there will be a variety of different activities for them to partake in, which include both hockey-playing and apparently also rocking out.

Okay, we do have to stop for a second and roll our eyes about a hockey challenge on a season where you have two gold-medal Olympians in the sport. Seriously? Go ahead and give them first place now! We’re not going to ring the conspiracy alarm, though, given that there are always a task or two that are extremely slanted to a single team’s past experience, and these tasks may have been designed long before the teams were actually cast.

What intrigues us more than anything else about the preview (which you can see by clicking on the links below) is the “announcement” that will be happening at some point in here. Does this mean that a U-Turn is ahead, or some other crazy twist that we have not seen before? We’re hoping more for the latter, since this is something we’ve hoped for with this show from the beginning. You already have a cast and a variety of locations that are different than the US version. Therefore, why not give yourself a few new rules to go along with it?

One other thing to remember here is that Pierre & Michel still have that Express Pass that Natalie & Meghan gave to them, and they may use that to get out of any task in the near future.
