‘Royal Pains’ season 6 spoilers: Khloe Kardashian, Scott Disick to appear in finale

Ready for some controversial “Royal Pains” news? Given how inoffensive and breezy this show, there are not many times that we can ever type this headline.

Well, you’ve already seen the news in the title by now that Khloe Kardashian and her sister Kourtney’s longtime partner Scott Disick will be appearing in an upcoming episode of the show. Khloe confirmed this with a photo on Instagram. To not spoil any events of the episodes ahead, it is probably better than this is all we say for the time being.

We certainly understand why some may be booing the idea of a Kardashian on the show, and we hardly think it’ll be a ratings draw. However, it does make a little sense given that Khloe is working on a new E! show set in the Hamptons, and given her family’s money, she and Scott would be the sort of people who would be in the area.

Also if you’re worried, remember here that “Royal Pains” has a habit of having some celebrities who show up, say a couple of lines, and then leave to never be seen or heard from again. We had that earlier this season with Padma Lakshmi, and that is hardly the only example.

In the end, the most important stories of note right now are Hank’s attempts to keep his relationship with Charlotte on solid ground, whether or not Emma can get out of the mess she’s created for herself, and Jeremiah’s own new relationship with Viviana. The show has created a number of big stories for itself this season, and we’ll have to see where they wrap up. After all, the future for the series is still very much up in the air.
