‘Game of Thrones’ season 5 spoilers: More from Kit Harrington, Maisie Williams
The “Game of Thrones” panel at Comic-Con was a lively affair, mostly because of all the cast members who were there opening up about their experiences and then some. There was comedy, there were teases, and there was also the big reveal of all of the new cast members.
But what about some more familiar faces? This is what this article is about here when it comes to Maisie Williams and Kit Harrington. Both were a big part of the panel, and they each also talked to Entertainment Weekly after the fact about what lies ahead.
For Williams, the biggest thing to look forward to is a side of Arya Stark that is truly not to be messed with. If you thought that she was violent and brutal before with The Hound, you may not have seen anything just yet. (Note that Rory McCann is not allowed to speak about his future with the show, which may be good for those who are wondering if he survives.)
Meanwhile, Harrington promises some great stories ahead for Jon, which in part likely stem from the fact that he is really for the first time getting to work with an entirely new group of characters. We’ll get to see how he interacts with the likes of Stannis Baratheon, Davos, and Melisandre after being kept exclusively to either the Wildings or the Night’s Watch really since the midway point of season 1.
Given that the preview video at the panel showed mostly actors who will be popping up in Dorne, the biggest story to expect in addition to these two is probably all about that region of Westeros.
