‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Booth, Brennan, new episodes, and the 200th episode

When “Bones” picks up on Fox this coming fall, the show is really going to have quite a bit of work to do. Not only are they going to have to figure out how in the world to get Booth out of prison, but there are new guest characters, new cases, and personal stories that are worth telling.

One very personal story that will be told here is Booth and Brennan opting to get a new home rather than deciding to live where they currently are any longer. Speaking in a new interview with TVLine, executive producer Stephen Nathan confirms that you will see the characters look for a place somewhere else, mostly because that is the only logical thing to do. Who would want to stay there after that shootout? The place will be likely fixed up, but that is more for prospective buyers than any desire on the part of the two of them to stay.

Nathan also told the site a little bit about the 200th episode, saying that the plan for the time being is to tell a “day in the life” episode that will give you a new perspective on all of the characters that you haven’t quite had before. The case will seem a little more like work than it traditionally does. There are plans to get some former guest stars back on the show for more, but nothing at the moment is entirely confirmed.

Even though this is season 10, Nathan doesn’t seem to be transfixed about the ending. Instead, he seems more content to continue to ride this journey until there are no longer stories to tell.
