‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 spoilers: A bloody Andrew Lincoln in new photo

So far, “The Walking Dead” season 5 has not exactly been liberal when it comes to the photos that they have released from the set. So far, the image to the left is one of the few that we’ve seen … and it features Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) peeking outside of train car A at Terminus. He is desperate for a way to escape, but this is not going to be a particular easy thing for him to do. The same goes for the rest of the characters who are also a part of the cast.

Now, AMC has released another image that comes straight from Atlanta … but we might as well get it out of the way and say that this is not a particularly spoiler-y photo here.

This image comes courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, and it really doesn’t show a whole lot other than what we’ve seen already … with maybe one little twist. Rick is in the sunlight! He’s not in a train car! Maybe the folks at Terminus have brought him out to torment him, or maybe he has actually concocted a plan that he can really get out of this compound.

The only thing that we can say right now is that this is not a big time jump at all. After all, Rick’s face doesn’t look to have recovered at all from his series of recent attacks.
