‘The Walking Dead’ season 5: See Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus in Comic-Con poster
“The Walking Dead” basically comes close to ruling Comic-Con, so can you really be too stunned that AMC is going all out with their promotion for the show?
This poster above showcases the likes of Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Norman Reedus (Daryl), and the majority of the rest of the cast all strapped within that same train car at Terminus that they were left in during the season 4 finale. The interesting thing about this is that through most of the show, zombies have at least been a significant threat. Now, they are in a position where they really don’t have to worry too much about Walkers at all. The real danger are the humans who may have some terrible plans for them now at this compound.
In case you are wondering where Melissa McBride and Chad Coleman are in the poster, just remember that neither one of them is in Terminus right now. Unlike other shows that tend to put out some out-of-context promotional posters, AMC seems to be cool with actually sticking to more of the story.
The only thing that does continue to confuse us is just how desperate AMC seems to be to throw their logo into most of their programming’s promotional material. The only understandable counter-argument that we could see someone making when it comes to this show is simply that they want to make a distinction between the TV show and the comics, even though we feel like the fonts for the two already do provide that service and then some.
